Yes we offer customisation and personalisation options for jewelry items. Please check our category as we do have a section for custom pieces.

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. During the checkout process, you can enter your address to see if we deliver your country.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be shipped within the same day, customised orders and certified handcrafted jewelry will take 16 days to be sent out.

Do you offer repairs for damaged jewelry?

Momentarily we do not as of yet offer these services. We have a reliable referral list of our jewelry brands that can do so. If you so require to have your jewelry repaired, kindly contact our customer service team.
